A summer school organized by the University
of the Basque Country and the Urrutia Elejalde Foundation.

The school will examine with an interdisciplinary
perspective a number of issues concerning economic and political equality
and inequality. These include: current debates in philosophy and political
economy about the nature of inequality and the pursuit of equality;
problems associated with greater equality as a political goal; methodology
and empirical evidence about recent trends in global inequality.
